- Finding new business opportunities by connecting with potential customers - mostly by phone - and building strong relationships.
- Using your communication skills to really understand customer needs and match them with our clients’ solutions.
- Booking high-quality meetings and calls between prospective customers and our clients.
- Collaborating with your teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating wins together.
- Staying positive and resilient, learning from every conversation and keeping your eyes on your goals.
- Playing a key role in driving sales growth for both Air Marketing and our clients.
- What You’ll Bring
Must Haves
- Confidence using computers and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A determination to succeed
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback on board and put it into action

- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management (BDR, Sales Exec, etc.)
