Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the organisation of files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and systematic storage.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Calling tenants and booking in jobs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook familiarity with other computerised systems is advantageous, training will be given on how to use our system
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
