VitalAire Canada is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for Industry and Healthcare. VitalAire empowers patients who have sleep apnea or require home oxygen therapy through ongoing respiratory support and compliance. VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator for our Stratford branch.
The Branch Care Coordinator provides support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics. Provides helpful, friendly service to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and books follow-up appointments for the branch.
- Provides information/literature to prospective clients.
- Maintains chart documentation.
- Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
- Liaising between several departments regarding patient care and financials (i.e. A/R, A/P, billing, Inventory Coordinators and Asset Specialists, Physicians, etc).
- Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.
- Assists in the management of equipment - including warranty, cleaning, and scheduling maintenance/repair.
- Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch.
Here is what you will need:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (clinical or healthcare setting is preferred).
- Tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, with strong data entry skills.
- Ability to quickly learn/adapt to new ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing a heavy workload.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Professional, compassionate, positive, motivated, solution-oriented and flexible.
