Energas supply a comprehensive range of cylinder gases to suit the needs of industry from stock. All of our cylinder gases are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from small portable cylinders through to high capacity cylinder packs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful Inside Sales Team and work primarily on (but not limited to) our Medical Gas business. You will contribute heavily to meeting sales targets in specified market areas as well as managing a portfolio of existing accounts. The primary mission of an Inside Sales Executive is identifying and acquiring new customers over the phone or via digital leads, accelerating our business development and customer touchpoint capacity. The Inside Sales Team will generate leads and sign customers in specific geographies as well as up-selling and cross-selling to dormant accounts. The secondary mission is to manage a portfolio of existing/dormant customers: to minimize customer churn, contribute to an enhanced Customer Experience, renew contracts, to expand existing business and own and bring any customer queries to resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
- Selling and negotiation skills, ideally telephone based
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong relationship building skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to work to defined sales targets
- Medical / Healthcare background
- Use of Salesforce CRM advantageous
- Management and behaviour skill
- Positive, can do attitude with a willingness to adopt new ways of working
- Able to work at a fast pace under limited supervision
- Self starter with natural problem solving orientation
You will be working predominantly via telephone and video calls. Occasional face to face visits may be required to close a deal or visit a customer. Training will be provided on our products, offers, market characteristics etc.
