Overview

The Lead & Offer Deployer is an operational marketer, specialized by market and positioned in proximity to countries. With the objective to achieve the business goals and in close cooperation with the countries, the Lead & Offer Deployer is responsible for the development of existing market offers/solutions (incl. products), deployment of new offers, and, when required, can have a role of offer designer. He/She is accountable for the Lead management process, outcome and performance, namely for campaigns. Lead & Offer Deployer supports the country sales teams thanks to their specific expertise and performs the training of the sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop existing offers/solutions, create yearly action plans in cooperation with country team, follow progress in CRM.
  • Prepare and deploy marketing campaigns with Market Manager and digital marketing, including SEO, digital content and campaigns.
  • Lead management: maximize quality and quantity of leads, enable efficient qualification, manage lead process in CRM, follow KPIs.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team on digital content creation and lead management.
  • Purchase external market know-how, including qualified leads.
  • Support country business development through operational marketing actions, training sales teams on market specificities.
  • Act as main point of contact for country within scope and cluster market team.
  • New Offer Deployment: manage launch projects, adapt offers for local specifics, validate with stakeholders, prepare deployment strategy, business case, action plan and support CPR notes.
  • Roll out action plans, monitor KPIs, define actions to reach targets, report deployment KPIs.
  • Offer design: define offer components based on value proposition, assess feasibility with technical & industrial experts.
  • Determine total cost and pricing policy under product management direction.
  • Select/adjust distribution channels and points of sale.
  • Prepare contractual specifications approved by Legal and coordinated with product management.
  • Ensure compliance with Q/HSE/MR rules and regulations.
  • Perform gap analysis for large-scale implementation.
  • Prepare sales pitch and training modules.
  • Contribute to market communication tools (brochure, trade shows, leaflets, visual library, digital assets).
  • Select fairs to attend with County and Market Manager, provide support with fair organization.

Education / Work Experience

Master / Bachelor’s, Business or Engineering. Sales/Business Development experience: 3-5 years.
