As a leader in Home Healthcare, Air Liquide takes care of 1,300,000 patients at home in 35 countries whose treatment for chronic diseases requires the use of medical equipment for respiratory assistance, infusion therapy and nutritional assistance. Its multi-disciplinary teams (pharmacists, nurses, nutritionists) aim to improve patient\'s autonomy, adherence to treatment, clinical outcomes and quality of life through cost-efficient offers combining added-value services and innovative technology. This is a patient-facing role, delivering training & education, to support individuals going on to the Tandem t-slim insulin pump. Working alongside the Account Management team this role delivers a significant impact internally to support our rapidly growing sales, and of course externally to the clinical teams we work with and their patients.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering informative training sessions to support patients and healthcare providers on using the Tandem t-slim insulin pump.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to support product demonstrations to new patients through ‘show and tell’ exhibitions.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the local diabetes market.
  • Traveling frequently within your territory to visit patients.
  • Seeking & developing projects to enhance delivery of holistic diabetes care within territory.
  • Attending national team meetings, exhibitions and ad hoc meetings when needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to interact with healthcare professionals and diabetes patients.
  • Previous experience in a training and education based role – ideally training end users on using a product in face to face and remote capacity.
  • Previous experience working as a Nurse or Dietitian would be advantageous.
  • Any experience working in the Diabetes field would be a plus.
  • Customer-oriented and service-driven desire to deliver best possible outcomes for internal and external customers.
  • Team player with communication skills required to work closely with the Account Management Team to achieve Air Liquide Healthcare business objectives.
  • Problem solver to support resolution of customer queries from Customer Service and Account Management Team (training will be provided).
