Senior Product/Commercial Executive

Job Title: Head of Product Location: Any Air IT location Chief Technology Officer We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our Product Team, drive the evolution of our portfolio, and align our services with the evolving needs of our customers. Air IT is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting UK-based SMBs with a comprehensive product portfolio of services spanning Cyber Security, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Data & BI, AI & Automation, and Support Services. You’ll balance day-to-day delivery with long-term vision, ensuring that we build the right products, the right way, for the right customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving our well-established portfolio, overseeing the performance and development of our offerings, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Drive continuous improvement across offerings, including pricing, positioning, packaging, and delivery alignment. Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions about product development. Gather customer, commercial, and delivery feedback into actionable product changes. Own the creation of product documentation, collateral, and training materials as needed to support go-to-market and operational success. Monitor and Evaluate Product Performance, ensuring successful implementation and improvement through iteration. Team Leadership & Coaching Lead the Product Team consisting of a Product Manager, a Microsoft Alliance Manager and a Technical Training Manager Set goals, support development, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Work closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless product development and launch, while ensuring alignment and shared understanding of product direction. Build strong relationships with key vendors and partners, particularly Microsoft, to leverage strategic opportunities and co-investment.
