About the Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new business development and enhancing existing client relationships. You will design bespoke technical solutions that align with client needs across modern IT systems and services—from on-premise hardware to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security technologies. Working hand-in-hand with our sales, engineering, and project teams, you will lead technical discoveries, create compelling scope of work documents, and act as a trusted advisor for clients. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our Solutions Consultancy function.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client infrastructure and business needs.
- Design tailored IT solutions using Microsoft cloud services, networking, security, and more.
- Produce high-level architecture proposals and comprehensive scope documentation.
- Present and explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the transition from sales to delivery with clear, actionable documentation.
- Collaborate across departments to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and help shape internal best practices.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in supporting or designing networks and IT systems in Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to design, plan, and document complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within project deadlines and defined scopes.
- Strong understanding of advanced networking (e.g., routing, redundancy).
- Background in technical project delivery.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or M365 Expert.
