As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our New Business and Marketing teams to connect with high-potential prospects and drive new opportunities forward. You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, leveraging the latest technology and strategies to create meaningful engagements. We’ll support you every step of the way with training, coaching, and clear development pathways to help you progress your career.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct proactive and creative outreach to stakeholders in target businesses via phone, email, post, and LinkedIn.
- Use consultative questioning to understand prospects’ challenges and align our IT services as the solution.
- Leverage sales tools to track buyer intent and identify opportunities for timely outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing on tailored ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns and follow-ups.
- Drive attendance at webinars, events, and workshops, boosting brand visibility.
- Nurture inbound leads and re-engage warm prospects to generate new opportunities.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling, travel, and meeting preparation.
- Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and share relevant content to stay top-of-mind.
- Monitor industry news and trends to identify potential leads and positioning opportunities.
- Track and maintain accurate data in our CRM to support team visibility and reporting.
- Work towards monthly KPIs with support, encouragement, and regular feedback.
Qualifications
- Highly confident communicator, particularly over the phone and on camera
- IT industry experience
- Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Beauhurst, Lead Forensics, and Vidyard
- Qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing
