We\’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team!As a Project Coordinator, you\’ll be responsible for developing and coordinating technology projects for clients—managing cost, time, and scope to ensure successful delivery. You\’ll create and maintain project plans, track milestones, manage resources, and communicate progress to keep clients informed and satisfied.Purpose:Responsible for developing and coordinating technology projects for clients by managing the cost, time, and scope constraints. The primary duties include creating and maintaining project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, resource allocation, and financial status, to ensure continued client satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop project plans, goals, and budgets while identifying resources needed, developing schedules, and measuring results in the CRM, to ensure client expectations are met.Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member, to increase efficiency.Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members, to ensure projects are delivered correctly and in an efficient manner.Communicate to clients by keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc. in order to provide a high level of service.To oversee the Professional Services function, in relation to projects, in order to ensure that clients\’ requests, queries and problems are resolved as effectively and efficiently as possible.Work as part of a team in order to assist colleagues, to cover for absences, etc. in order to ensure that Company standards are maintained and objectives met.To work with the PMO Manager and support them with any financial/monthly reporting to meet KPI\’s.Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, finance, to ensure a successful project delivery.Updating and maintain systems and project documentation with latest updates on project progress.To comply with the company\’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies to ensure that information security is maintained at all times.Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:GCSE maths or equivalentBusiness knowledge and acumenKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPrevious experience of project managementExperience of products and services within IT and communications.Experience/Knowledge of ConnectWiseSkills, Abilities and Competencies:The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levelsExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsExcellent attention to detailAll-round administration skillsThe ability to organise and prioritiseThe Benefits:Hybrid working options for a better work-life balance25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOngoing learning and development opportunitiesCycle to work scheme and technology vouchersEnhanced family leaveCelebration day – an additional day off each year to celebrate an occasion important to youSalary sacrifice pension2 paid volunteer days – We believe in the power of giving back to our communities and want to actively support employees efforts to make a positive impact
