Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions and driving successful project outcomes? At Air IT, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Professional Services Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge IT projects to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the technical delivery of customer projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with our Project Management Office to schedule and manage project timelines.
- Review project scopes, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide thorough handovers to our Service Desk and ensure seamless transitions post-project.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow established project procedures.
- Uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in IT project delivery and supporting Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V/VMware, Azure AD, and InTune.
- Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, and Active Directory services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driving licence.
- Experience with Azure IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Mimecast, Veeam, Datto.
- Knowledge of firewall technologies (Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki).
- Networking expertise including VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, SSL.
- Experience building wireless networks (Meraki, UniFi).
