What You’ll Be Doing
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR operations and creating a seamless employee experience? We’re looking for a People Services Manager to lead the delivery of core HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and payroll to benefits and compliance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving service excellence, operational rigour, and continuous improvement in a people-first environment.
- Lead the compliant and efficient execution of key HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, contract changes, and lifecycle events.
- Oversee HR systems to ensure data accuracy and enable informed, data-driven decisions.
- Line manage the People Coordinator, offering guidance, support, and development.
- Manage SLAs and external providers (e.g. Occupational Health, outsourced payroll).
- Administer benefit renewals and support colleagues in understanding their total reward.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are efficient, effective, and legally compliant.
- Maintain the People Team Hub (Intranet/SharePoint) as a trusted self-service resource.
- Act as the internal lead for payroll, annual pay review, benchmarking, and gender pay gap reporting.
- Oversee DAS and apprenticeship programmes.
- Ensure compliance across key areas including Right to Work, VISAs, DSE assessments, audits, and LMS training.
- Support onboarding for any new company acquisitions.

- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience leading a high-performing HR operations or shared services team.
- A customer-focused, human-centred approach to HR service delivery.
- Solid experience managing HR systems, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Good experience overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
