Based in Lincoln, you will report directly to our Service Desk Team Leader and play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch technical support both on-site and remotely.

Your Mission: As an Onsite Engineer, you will be our frontline hero, resolving client issues with finesse and providing stellar technical assistance. From troubleshooting hardware and software to performing system upgrades, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure seamless operations for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards.
  • Prioritise and respond to technical queries with precision to meet our service level agreements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and activities within our CRM system.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Uphold information security protocols to safeguard client data and uphold our high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support.
  • Knowledge of InTune, Conditional Access Technologies, and Mimecast email security, enhancing your toolkit for comprehensive client support.
