As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in designing and delivering training programmes that empower our people, drive capability, and support career progression. From onboarding to career development, compliance training to apprenticeships, you’ll be at the heart of building a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Do
- Spot Skills Gaps: Partner with stakeholders to assess development needs and identify skills gaps across the Group.
- Create Learning Paths: Design career frameworks so people can develop and progress.
- Own Onboarding: Deliver engaging induction programmes for new starters.
- Coordinate Training: Manage external courses and ensure smooth delivery.
- Build a Learning Culture: Drive initiatives like lunch & learns and peer-to-peer training.
- Lead Apprenticeships: Manage apprenticeship programmes and levy funds to upskill colleagues.
- Manage Our Learning Platform: Keep learning accessible, engaging, and track progress.
- Support Inclusion & Community: Coordinate our Women’s Network and partnerships that help young people thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven business.
- Ability to travel to all our nationwide sites.
- Strong understanding of training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and levy management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for creating inclusive, engaging learning experiences.
