We’re now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Leading on employee relations cases and supporting management from investigations to hearings and appeals
- Actively keep up to date with employment law changes, ensuring this is reflected in the business.
- Lead on the governance of the core HR processes and policies, assuring that they are integrated across the business.
- Use key HR data and metrics to inform and influence effective management of employee relation case work.
- Support and coach line managers with performance/absence management
- Manage flexible working requests
About you
- This is a full-time permanent position
- Hybrid working pattern but ideally to be within a commutable distance of Nottingham
- For this role we are looking for CIPD or equivalent qualified candidates who can demonstrate recent and relevant experience of independently handling ER cases and supporting senior management through ER and performance management cases.
- You will have an excellent understanding of UK employment law and be an advocate of employee wellbeing.

- 3-5 years (at least) experience in HR Advisory role
