The Role: As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first beacon of support for our clients' IT-related queries. Your role will be crucial in providing efficient and effective customer service, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support every step of the way. Specifically, you will:
- Provide stellar customer service to end-users and stakeholders
