About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead and inspire our marketing function through an exciting period of growth and change. Air IT Group is experiencing high growth, strategic investment, and transformation, and we need someone who brings credibility and a proven track record, but also fresh ideas and energy to embrace change and challenges. This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to ensure marketing drives measurable impact across new business, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do
- Shape Strategy: Evolve our marketing strategy to keep pace with a fast-changing AI-driven landscape.
- Lead the Team: Coach and develop a talented team of five, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and commercial goals.
- Drive Demand Generation: Oversee multi-channel campaigns, SEO, PPC, ABM, and outbound initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Deliver campaigns that drive retention, upsell, and whitespace activation.
- Strengthen Brand & PR: Elevate our brand presence through thought leadership, awards, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Account Management to ensure marketing aligns with business outcomes.
- Own Performance: Report on ROI, manage budgets, and communicate insights to the Executive Leadership Team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link marketing to revenue.
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and automation tools.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage through change.
- Experience in the IT sector, ideally within an MSP.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ConnectWise, Apollo, BI tools.
- Knowledge of partner marketing and MDF management.
