  • Acting as the \"hands on the ground\" for complex customer environments.
  • Supporting the Service Desk remotely when not attending customer sites.
  • Remaining available for urgent and priority customer visits when required.

Documentation & Information Gathering

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing PC and laptop hardware.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
  • Experience supporting network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
  • Understanding of physical server infrastructure and data centre best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

  • Experience working within an ITIL‑aligned service environment.
  • Experience using ConnectWise.
  • Understanding of cyber security principles and physical security best practices.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

What Makes You Successful

You’ll be:

  • Customer‑focused and passionate about delivering excellent service.
