Are you highly organised, customer-focused and great at juggling multiple priorities? We're looking for a
Workshop Coordinator to join our South Region Workshop team in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes and logistics while ensuring customers receive an exceptional service.
You'll act as a key link between customers, internal teams and the workshop, helping to keep operations running efficiently and ensuring equipment, stock and customer requests are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Workshop Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the workshop by:
- Managing the workshop ticket queue, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritised and assigned effectively.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout the lifecycle of requests.
- Monitoring ticket workflows and due dates to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Coordinating the booking and arrival of new stock, equipment and hardware with our Procurement team.
- Arranging courier collections and deliveries, ensuring equipment is tracked and delivered to the correct destination.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of workshop processes, procedures and documentation.
- Assisting with the resolution of customer issues and escalating concerns where appropriate.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Workshop Manager.
- Coordinating workshop onboarding activities to ensure equipment preparation, scheduling and delivery requirements are met.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Service Delivery, Procurement, Projects and Technical Services to provide a seamless customer experience.
