Air Dryer Technology Ltd is an independent engineering company, specialising in the supply, servicing and maintenance of industrial compressed air/gas filtration and drying equipment. We have an opportunity for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team. We are based in Salford Quays, Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Arranging and booking engineers jobs at customer sites.
- Assembling information packs for each job.
- Ordering parts from suppliers.
- Keeping health & safety and training records up to date and arranging any refresher courses.
- Updating and maintaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and providing them to clients.
- General office duties, dealing with phone enquiries.
Requirements
- Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers by telephone and email.
- Experience of dealing with engineers schedules and good logistical skills.
