The Graduate Scheme

Our graduate programme is designed to give you broad exposure to engineering within a real manufacturing environment, helping you build strong technical foundations while developing commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills. During the programme, you will work alongside experienced engineers and gain experience across several areas of the business, which may include:
