As our business continues to grow, we are launching a new Engineering Graduate Scheme designed to develop the next generation of engineers and future leaders within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for two motivated engineering graduates to gain hands‑on experience across multiple engineering disciplines within a technically strong, supportive, and forward‑thinking organisation.

The Graduate Scheme

Our graduate programme is designed to give you broad exposure to engineering within a real manufacturing environment, helping you build strong technical foundations while developing commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills. During the programme, you will work alongside experienced engineers and gain experience across several areas of the business, which may include:

  • Mechanical design and product development
  • Engineering analysis and testing
  • Manufacturing engineering and production processes
  • Applications engineering and customer solutions
  • Quality management systems
  • Continuous improvement and innovation projects

You will contribute to real engineering work from the start, supporting the development, improvement, and delivery of engineered products used by customers worldwide. Along the way, you will develop skills in:

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing and commercial teams

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
