We are currently looking for a stores person to oversee the stores / warehouse at our Northampton branch.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure engineers have the tools, parts and equipment they need at the right time and place to deliver great service.
  • Pick parts and equipment required for jobs and arrange pickup or delivery to the correct site.
  • Receive, process and pack away deliveries.
  • Maintain stock control and keep the store area neat and tidy.
  • Supply and record refrigerants and perform statutory checks such as van inspections, PAT testing and ladder inspections.

What do you need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role in electrical, plumber wholesaler, builder’s merchants or comparable supplier-based industry.
  • Experience within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Comfortable with manual handling.
  • Current, valid UK driving licence (driving/deliveries to site may be required).
