As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping services while working outdoors as part of a supportive and collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Load and secure landscaping equipment on trucks and trailers each morning
- Operate walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
- Keep job sites clean by removing debris, weeds, and trash
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred
- Positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Stamina to walk up to 10 miles a day and operate landscaping equipment
Compensation
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
