Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Ensure the health and appearance of landscapes by applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- 1 year of lawn maintenance experience (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job site.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Compensation
$16.00 - $22.50 per hour
