The predicted salary is between 33240 - 46656 £ per year.

Main purpose and objective of the role is to build relationships with the internal sales team within Air China UK and with H/O sales issues related departments, as well as with external clients and suppliers, ensuring they receive full sales support and advice in an efficient and productive way to improve the efficiency of the overall sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collecting local airline industry market information for market analysis
  • Regular monitoring of the competitive airlines' prices and sales measures
  • Liaison with the concerned parties at Air China UK, EU headquarter and H/O departments to accelerate internal communication and approval
  • Deal with queries from customers to maintain and improve customer service quality
  • Deal with queries from other colleagues to promote effective communication within the sales team
  • Other work assigned by Line Manager or Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 6 or above or equivalent degree
  • Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Computer literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Minimum of 2 years of airline experience required, preferably in sales
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • A high degree of organisational skills to cope with a high-demand workload
  • Basic administration skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment
