The predicted salary is between 2083 - 2500 £ per month.
The purpose of this placement position is to assist the sales brokers in our Private Jets division during their busiest period of the year, the summer! You will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off without a hitch.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clients
- Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Assisting charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
- Ad hoc administration tasks
Summer Programme Details:
- Programme starts in mid June through to September (around 12 weeks)
- Working hours are varied and include weekends, shifts will be allocated on a rota basis. The shift patterns are: 7:30 – 15:00, 9:00 – 17:30, 12:00 – 20:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Training provided on site
- Applicants must be enrolled in a university programme, returning after summer 2026
- Office based role based in our Surbiton HQ
Qualifications:
- Interest in sales and/or aviation - highly desired
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role – desired
- Must be studying at University
- Hardworking and flexible
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage
- Excellent problem solving
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
- MUST live within 45 minutes commute of our Surbiton HQ
- Drivers License desirable
