Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and documenting both the current ("As-Is") and future ("Target") state enterprise IT architectures.
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
- Owning and developing a clear, actionable roadmap to achieve the target architecture.
- Assessing and recommending the most effective integration methods between third-party platforms and the existing ecosystem.
- Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across data and integration initiatives.
- Owning and contributing to architecture decision records (ADRs) and supporting architectural governance processes.
- Promoting reusability, modular design, and interoperability across systems to support a unified, extensible platform.
- Defining and championing the data architecture vision, ensuring external vendors and development teams build solutions that align with internal standards and future-state models.
