To further enhance our ability to provide a complete suite of travel and holiday solutions, we are expanding our offerings to include yacht charters. Accordingly, we are seeking an experienced yacht broker capable of sourcing vessels that meet our clients’ exacting requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Yacht Charter Broker with a minimum of five years’ proven experience in luxury yacht charter. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of high‑value clients, deliver exceptional charter experiences, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen, destination knowledge, and industry relationships. This role requires a confident closer, adept relationship manager, and trusted advisor to UHNW clients. Future potential is to build a team and a global yacht brokerage with our group!
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in yacht brokering
- Comprehensive knowledge of the yacht charter industry, market dynamics, and established supplier networks
- Proven capability in identifying and acquiring new client relationships within the UHNW segment
- Established track record of client retention through consistent delivery of exceptional service standards
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance and financial targets
- Ideally experience in team leadership and mentoring of junior professionals
- Ability to work in office (Surbiton) full time and travel as required
