Air Charter Service has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain real experience in sourcing, screening and hiring candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student looking to gain exposure in HR and develop recruitment skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
Over the course of the year, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, learning the recruitment process step by step from initial application all the way through to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming CV applications to identify suitable candidates
- Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Gradually assist with managing parts of the recruitment process from sourcing through to interview stages
- Contact and engage candidates to discuss available opportunities and promote open roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience, skills and suitability
- Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates
- Assist the recruitment team with job postings and advert management
- Support the wider recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Currently studying a degree such as HR, Travel & Tourism, Business or another people-focused subject – essential
- Must be completing a 12-month placement as part of your degree and returning to university after the placement
- A keen interest in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
