The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end B2B and B2C group level marketing activity on behalf of ACS and group sister companies within the Mountfitchet Group in the UK and overseas markets.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- The day to day marketing contact to ACS/group sister companies business units for allocated products/sub-brands
- Work alongside the internal business units to develop the marketing strategy, plan and assets in accordance with the business priorities
- Manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of allocated product/sub-brand group level marketing activity in the UK and overseas markets from marketing brief, planning, and delivery through to performance reporting
- Accountable for owning and writing marketing briefs and briefing the wider marketing team to develop the content/assets for marketing activity as required
- Work with the wider marketing team to deliver marketing activity to specified deadlines
- Responsible for updating the Senior Product Marketing Manager and stakeholders on the status for allocated B2B and B2C marketing activity or projects
- Ownership of associated campaign performance reports and presentations
- Present associated marketing plans and performance reports to senior teams as required
- Brand custodian - work with the wider marketing team and business units to ensure consistent messaging, content, and creative are on brand and appropriate to the audience and channel
- Keep in touch with new trends, bring in new ideas and keep an eye on any future marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5 + years marketing experience in a mid-senior level marketing role
- Excellent knowledge of the full marketing mix for online and offline channels, associated KPIs, and reports
- Proven experience in writing marketing briefs and the management of end to end marketing activity delivery processes
- General project management skills
- A passion for marketing and of the role it plays in the overall customer experience/journey
- Proficient user of excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and try new things - new ideas are welcome
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior management
- Collaborator who works well as part of a team
