Private Jets Sales Consultant (Polish Speaking) – £35,000pa + 10% Uncapped CommissionAir Charter Service is a private charter company arranging passenger and cargo aircraft charters across the globe. Acting as the middle person between our clients and operators, our sales consultants manage the full sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced working in a customer facing role with luxury products & services and want to travel with their career whilst delivering a service beyond expectations to all of their clients.
Job DescriptionConsisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jets charters for everything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.
Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. You will learn everything from building a successful sales list, working with HNWI, to administering a charter flight while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services – essential
Excellent customer service skills
Must be fluent in Polish – essential
Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
Exceptional communication skills – fluency in a second language is an advantage
Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
Able to travel frequently & often at short notice
Must hold a full UK driver\’s licence
