Air Charter Service is a global provider of bespoke air charter solutions, delivering seamless private, commercial and cargo services. We work with a diverse client base ranging from UHNW individuals to entertainment groups and sports organizations.
This role will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager and the Payroll Supervisor to ensure that all our employees in the UK and Worldwide get paid correctly and on time, whilst always adhering to statutory compliance.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with UK payrolls for all monthly paid employees
- Supporting the Payroll Supervisor with worldwide payrolls
- Dealing and communicating with payroll boroughs for the outsourced payrolls
- Prepping and pre-checking the monthly broker commission calculations for both UK and worldwide payrolls
- Online banking (HSBC) and petty cash handling
- Responding to payroll queries / questions
- Keeping abreast of any legislative changes that could impact the payroll function
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience working / supporting a UK or overseas payroll cycle
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Excel
- Experience of supporting external payroll providers would be an advantage
- Ability to work productively both within a team and independently
