Air Charter Service is a global provider of bespoke air charter solutions, delivering seamless private, commercial and cargo services. We work with a diverse client base ranging from UHNW individuals to entertainment groups and sports organizations. We have an exciting opportunity for an Events and Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team at our Surbiton HQ. This is a campaignāled role, with a strong focus on planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns where events play a central role. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience delivering trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, who is looking to play a key role in shaping and executing eventāled marketing campaigns within a fastāpaced, international business.
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be integral to the endātoāend planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated marketing campaigns to help ACS achieve its key business objectives. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Strategy and Planning: Defining individual event goals and objectives, assisting with preparing event proposals and marketing plans that help us target our key audiences.
- Project Management: Managing the entire event lifecycle from proposal to postāevent analysis.
- Budget and Finance Management: Working to allocate event budgets, negotiating prices with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring costāeffective execution to maximise ROI.
- Briefing design team: Producing creative stands, print materials and event collateral.
- Marketing and Promotion: Designing and implementing integrated multiāchannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.) to drive attendance and engagement.
- Logistics and Coordination: Liaising with venues, suppliers, caterers and internal teams to manage all logistical aspects of the event.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, gathering attendee feedback, and writing reports and actionable insights to help shape future event campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams worldwide both within marketing and sales.
- Onāsite Management: Overseeing the event on the day to ensure smooth execution, troubleshooting problems, and managing onāsite staff or volunteers.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.
- MUST have campaign experience.
- MUST have experience with trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a midāsenior level events and marketing role.
- Willingness to travel for events and work occasional irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
- Strong organisational and timeāmanagement skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
- A dataādriven mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, social media and the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
- Creativity and problemāsolving ā the ability to develop innovative event concepts and solutions to unexpected challenges.
