Air Charter Service are searching for a passionate Client Retention Consultant to join our Client Experience department in our London HQ. Working alongside the team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients via phone call and email to gather vital feedback on the service and experience that was provided by our Charter Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Work across all three charter departments; pass client feedback to the consultants and work with them to ensure that clients return to book with ACS again.
- Pass client feedback to the charter consultants and collaborate to enhance their services and client experience.
- Contact clients post flight to gather their feedback.
- Respond professionally to objections or negative feedback.
- Build meaningful relationships with both Sales and Non-Sales departments.
- Work toward consistently hitting after‑sales call targets to drive increased client retention.
- Complete requested data projects using inhouse reports and systems.
Qualifications
- Fluent in business level German and English is essential.
- High level of customer service experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Strong desire to exceed targets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Resilient and able to handle client feedback.
- Flexible with the ability to take client calls outside of scheduled working hours.
