In Zusammenarbeit mit allen drei Charter-Abteilungen sind Sie dafür zuständig, Kundenfeedback an die zuständigen Consultants weiterzugeben und gemeinsam mit ihnen sicherzustellen, dass Kunden erneut bei ACS buchen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Charter Consultants zur Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Ideen zur Verbesserung und Aufwertung ihrer Services
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden nach dem Flug zur Einholung von Feedback
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Einwänden oder negativem Feedback
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Vertriebs- und Nicht-Vertriebsabteilungen
  • Konsequentes Arbeiten auf die Erreichung von After-Sales-Call-Zielen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung
  • Durchführung angeforderter Datenprojekte mithilfe interner Reports und Systeme

Qualifikationen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Luxus- oder Premiumsegment
  • Starker Leistungswille und Motivation, Zielvorgaben zu übertreffen
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Belastbarkeit sowie souveräner Umgang mit Kundenfeedback
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, gelegentlich Anrufe außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten entgegenzunehmen
