We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Compliance Assistant to join our in-house team who are involved in every significant transaction that happens across the business. Reporting to the Group Compliance Director you will assist in delivering excellent & pro-active support to our ACS brokers and offices worldwide!
Job Description
- Maintenance and update of the Compliance Database of Airlines and Aircraft
- Monitoring the compliance of charter bookings
- Screening of clients, operators & routing against potential risks
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in project work involving insurance and sanctions
- Supporting the Legal team more broadly in our day-to-day activities
- Other general office duties, as required
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
- Background or training in Legal, Insurance and / or Risk Management - desired
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
