Air Charter Service is a global provider of bespoke air charter solutions, delivering seamless private, commercial and cargo services. We work with a diverse client base ranging from UHNW individuals to entertainment groups and sports organizations. We’re looking for a proactive Senior Events and Marketing Executive to join our busy team at our Surbiton HQ. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience supporting the planning and delivery of stands at exhibitions and conferences, managing sponsored event activity, and coordinating a range of other corporate events.

You’ll play a key role across the full event lifecycle, contributing to proposals and budgeting, coordinating stand design and production, managing suppliers, assisting with on-site delivery, and supporting post-event reporting. Alongside event coordination, you’ll help deliver targeted marketing campaigns designed to reach our key audiences before, during, and after each event. Your work will ensure our events are well-executed, well-promoted, and aligned with the needs of our international business.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be integral to the end-to-end planning, execution and analysis of events and their integrated marketing campaigns to help ACS achieve its key business objectives. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Strategy and Planning: Defining individual event goals and objectives, assisting with preparing event proposals and marketing plans that help us target our key audiences.
  • Project Management: Managing the entire event lifecycle from proposal to post-event analysis.
  • Budget and Finance Management: Working to allocated event budgets, negotiating prices with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective execution to maximize ROI.
  • Briefing design team: Producing creative stands, print materials and event collateral.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Designing and implementing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media etc) to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Liaising with venues, suppliers, caterers and internal teams to manage all logistical aspects of the event.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, gathering attendee feedback, and writing reports and actionable insights to help shape future event campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams worldwide both within marketing and sales.
  • On-site Management: Overseeing the event on the day to ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot problems, and manage on-site staff or volunteers.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.
  • MUST have campaign experience.
  • MUST have experience with trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
  • 4 to 6 years experience in a mid senior level events and marketing role.
  • Willingness to travel for events and work occasional irregular hours (evenings/weekends).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make informed decisions.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, social media and the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: The ability to develop innovative event concepts and solutions to unexpected challenges.
