Air Charter Service are a private charter brokerage, delivering seamless, bespoke solutions for high-net-worth individuals across the globe. We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing the best-in-class email marketing strategy that drives engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management to ensure the email channel delivers measurable results and a consistent customer experience.
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of automated email campaigns, targeting key audiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in automation, dynamic content, and advanced personalisation strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of email processes and workflows, including full documentation and alert communication protocols.
- Review day-to-day maintenance and implementation of email processes and workflows – including full documentation and alert communications protocols.
- Define, monitor, and benchmark KPIs, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion, deliverability, list hygiene, and data privacy compliance.
- Establish and manage QA processes for all email sends, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Develop segmentation strategies and personalised journeys using data-driven insights.
- Lead creative briefing, A/B testing, and performance tracking to ensure subject lines, content and layouts are optimal.
- Operate a ‘Test, Learn and Optimise’ ethos.
- Coordinate with translation partners to deliver multilingual email campaigns where required.
- Share knowledge and support the wider London CRM team and Regional Marketing Managers, enabling them to execute complex campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, ensuring appropriate solutions and service levels, including oversight of the Salesforce backend.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Product, Content, Data, Design, and Sales teams to deliver targeted, relevant, and on-brand campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
- Ensure email and CDP technologies are fully operational, leading day-to-day administration (including user management, permissions, seed lists, and data quality) and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in email marketing, ideally across both B2C and B2B environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale email transformation programmes.
- Strong experience developing email programmes and automated customer journeys.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, email design, deliverability, and testing (JavaScript a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience using GA4 and understanding engagement metrics.
