It makes for an extremely interesting and rewarding career and you should have a core passion for flying. We only employ the most talented of pilots with a wealth of previous experience and necessary licences and ratings.

Safety is at the top of our list when conducting our flights and we ensure our crew are as well trained and prepared as possible. The majority of our flights are conducted under Commercial Air Transport (Part-CAT) with all of the safety margins that provides. This is a job for someone who can place safety at the core of every decision they make.

This position is based at Birmingham, UK. As a member of our Flight Crew, you will demonstrate excellent flying ability, strong interpersonal communication, and sound decision-making skills, while consistently delivering the highest level of customer care. This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a fixed roster of seven days on and five days off. The role primarily involves flying within Europe; however, as we hold a Worldwide Air Operator Certificate (AOC), operations outside this region may be required from time to time. Previous worldwide operational experience would therefore be considered a distinct advantage. Due to the nature of what we do, we always look for applicants who can offer flexibility where required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the aircraft in accordance with the Operations Manual, ensuring the aircraft’s maintenance state remains compliant for flight.
  • Coordinate and manage team tasks to achieve safe and satisfactory outcomes, ensuring standard and emergency procedures comply with regulations both on the ground and in the air.
