Ce rôle consiste à gérer l’équipe de l’Exploitation fret afin de respecter les normes en matière de prestation de service exceptionnel. Les responsabilités comprennent la planification et la coordination efficaces du transport du fret et du courrier, conformément aux ententes en matière de service clientèle et aux exigences réglementaires. Ce poste exige des interactions régulières avec des équipes internes et des parties prenantes externes. Assurer la conformité en matière de santé et sécurité, de qualité, de sûreté et de procédures d’utilisation normalisées (SOP) est primordial.
Étant donné que LHR supervise également de nombreuses escales au Royaume-Uni, en Irlande, au Moyen-Orient et en Inde, il est essentiel d’assurer la bonne communication avec les spécialistes – Services au sol désignés pour ces escales.

- Droit de travailler au Royaume-Uni sans aucune restriction.
