About Air Bubble

Air Bubble is a specialized digital transformation and workflow consultancy. We engineer high-performance, transparency-compliant digital storefronts and privacy-first client onboarding infrastructure for premium professional practices. In addition to our core legal-tech deployments, Air Bubble manages a significant portfolio of international industrial clients. We provide end-to-end graphic design architecture, premium branding assets, and visual exhibition strategies for leading international manufacturers showcasing their capabilities across major UK and European enterprise trade exhibitions.

The Role: What You Will Own

This role sits at the intersection of premium interface design and global corporate brand execution. Working directly alongside our Head of Technology & Infrastructure you will balance two critical operational lanes: designing high-authority digital interfaces for domestic professional services, and directing the visual asset pipelines for international manufacturing clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cross-Cultural Brand Localization: Translate complex technical manufacturing data sheets and industrial product catalogs into premium, high-converting marketing collateral and large-format exhibition graphics tailored for Western enterprise buyers.
  • Direct Supply-Chain Production Management: Act as the primary technical design interface when coordinating with Chinese manufacturing facilities. Manage end-to-end pre-press pipelines, ensuring artwork specifications, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), packaging die-lines, and large-format exhibition print assets are flawlessly executed under strict production timelines.
  • Exhibition UI/UX & Asset Layout: Design intuitive spatial graphics, digital touchpoints, and interactive presentation interfaces used by international exhibitors across European trade shows to capture corporate B2B intent.
  • Regulatory Layout & Interface Design: Assist in structuring digital storefronts for professional services clients, ensuring precise layout alignment with domestic regulatory transparency rules and compliance disclosures.
  • Component Library & Design System Management: Maintain unified, scalable asset libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to accelerate asset delivery across both our tech pipelines and manufacturing accounts.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–7 Years of Proven Graphic Design or UI/UX Experience: A portfolio demonstrating clean, grid-based corporate layouts, masterful typographic control, and precise vector asset management.
  • Mandatory Experience with Global Production Workflows: Direct, hands-on experience handling communication, file handoffs, and asset specification validation with Chinese manufacturers. You must understand how to manage time-zone offsets, overcome cross-cultural design file standards, and enforce strict pre-press production requirements.
  • Pre-Press & Large Format Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of bleed margins, scaling resolution for exhibition stands, and preparing bulletproof files for industrial printing partners.
  • Fluency in Modern Design Ecosystems: Complete mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • High Operational Agility: The ability to pivot between disciplined, compliance-driven digital wireframing and fast-paced, high-stakes international exhibition deadlines.

How to Apply & Submission Requirements

Interested candidates who meet the explicit corporate operations and technical design requirements should submit their application directly via email to careers@airbubble.uk. To be considered for this position, your submission must include:

  • A Tailored CV: Detailing your professional history, with clear emphasis on your UI/UX experience and your explicit background managing production file pipelines with international manufacturers.
  • A Digital Portfolio Link: Showcasing structured B2B design assets, grid-based corporate typography, or live UI/UX case studies. Applications without a verifiable portfolio link will not be reviewed.
  • A Brief Cover Statement: Summarising your specific approach to balancing high-volume, rapid-turnaround exhibition production schedules with technical design precision.

Air Bubble is an equal opportunity infrastructure and design consultancy. All applications will be treated with strict professional confidentiality.
