As a Financial Analyst, you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, helping with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making. Performing accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities. Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals. Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances. Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts. Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.
Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area. Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus. Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
