As a Financial Analyst, you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, helping with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.
This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.
- Perform accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities.
- Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.
- Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances.
- Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.
Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
