Role Description The Medical Aesthetician is a full-time, on-site role based in St Albans, responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments in line with clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing non-surgical procedures such as laser hair removal, microneedling, and other advanced skin treatments, while maintaining detailed and accurate client treatment records. The role involves conducting consultations, assessing skin and treatment suitability, educating clients on pre- and post-care, and supporting doctor-led treatment plans. The Medical Aesthetician will also contribute to an exceptional client experience by providing professional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and collaborating with the clinical team to achieve consistent “WOW” results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in aesthetic treatment techniques such as collagen regeneration, fat reducing, RF, medical microneedling, non surgical facelifts, body sculpting, wellmess checks, IPL, medical facials, medical Skincare, Laser Hair Removal, with a strong focus on safety and effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience with advanced skin procedures, including Microneedling and related non-surgical treatments as above.
• Foundational understanding of Medicine or medical aesthetics principles to support doctor-led treatment plans.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver a luxury client experience.
• Relevant certification or diploma in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or medical aesthetics; registration with appropriate professional bodies is an advantage.
• Attention to detail in treatment documentation, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team and adapt to evolving technologies and treatment techniques.
• Previous experience in a premium or clinic-based environment is highly desirable.
