The Role

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Business Account Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Aiphone’s market presence across the region. We seek a candidate with proven experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector of the electronic security industry. This role focuses on promoting Aiphone’s premium product portfolio, including our advanced 2-Wire systems and cutting-edge IP solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating long‑term relationships with existing accounts, and delivering against strategic sales targets in alignment with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Deliver product training and presentations to customers and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools for professional communication, reporting, and sales analysis.
  • Configure and demonstrate IP product solutions, requiring competency in PC‑based programming.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in business development or technical sales, ideally within the electronic security sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven, with a structured approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full UK Driving License (essential).
