About AIOS
AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. We’re >$250M ARR, serving >100k/mo patients, growing >10x YoY. We’re Europe’s fastest growing healthcare company. We’re profitable.
As our wedge into the European healthcare system we’re using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. We’re the only AI-native GLP-1 provider in Europe.
Our master plan:
- Step 1 → $1Bn/yr: Over the last 12 months we've grown 40x to >100k UK GLP-1 patients. In 2026, we’ll hit $1Bn/yr and become #1 GLP-1 provider in UK.
- Step 2 → $10Bn/yr: Blitzscale Europe. Become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider by acquiring, retooling, then rapidly scaling regulated infrastructure across the top 10 EU markets, just as we did in the UK.
- Step 3 → $100Bn/yr: Use our scale to vertically integrate across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing of medication. We'll be the first and only vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe.
TLDR = 2026-2030 is the blitzscale landgrab until the semaglutide patent cliff, then we vertically integrate and own the whole value chain. The only way to keep up with this scale is to replace all marginal human time with AI.
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.
We’re a young, founder-led startup. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.
Being a Senior Media Buyer at AIOS
We are building a world-class team. As Senior Media Buyer at AIOS, your mission is to drive elite Meta performance as we scale paid acquisition across the UK and new international markets. Meta is our largest and most important paid channel. We’re currently spending £2.5M+/month, growing fast, and preparing to expand into multiple new markets. Your job is to help us scale that spend profitably, without losing control of CAC, creative learnings, reporting discipline, or market-by-market execution.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Performance, Dave, who stays deep in-platform alongside you to start. Early on, you’ll ramp into the accounts: campaign structure, creative library, compliance constraints, reporting cadence, and how each market behaves. As trust builds, you’ll take on increasing ownership of the Meta operation.
Day to day, this means planning spend, structuring campaigns, optimising toward profit-aware ROAS/CAC targets, translating performance signals into clear creative briefs with our Creative Lead, André, and running the kind of operating cadence that makes your work easy to trust.
This is not a strategy-only role. The work today is hands-on craft inside Meta. Over time, the ceiling is much higher: you’ll help build the Meta media buying pod, expanding into adjacent channels like Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic.
Great performance means CAC holds or improves as spend scales, weekly pacing runs like clockwork, new markets launch on time without hurting core market performance, and leadership trusts your forecasts more than their own intuition.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you'll work async in the timezone of your choice - as long as you're around for team calls (early PST). You’ll report directly to Dave Lane (Head of Performance).
Key responsibilities:
- Meta ownership across all live markets: Over time, you operate the Meta ad accounts day-to-day across the UK and new markets as they launch. Account structure, campaign builds, audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing, daily optimization - you live in the platform, not above it.
- Profit-aware scaling: You push spend up while keeping ROAS / CAC inside target bands. You know when to lean in, when to hold, and when to pull back. You can defend every meaningful spend decision with a clear hypothesis and a clear read.
- Multi-geo orchestration: You run multiple country accounts in parallel without dropping balls - different audiences, different creative variants, different compliance requirements, different reporting cuts. You build the systems that make multi-geo manageable.
- Creative partnership with André's team: You work hand-in-hand with our Creative Lead to translate platform signal into briefs, run rigorous testing frameworks, and scale winners systematically. You don't just consume creative - you shape what gets made.
- Structured operating cadence: You run a weekly rhythm - plan, execute, retro, replan - with reporting that the leadership team can trust without having to ask follow-up questions. Your forecasts are realistic. Your decision rules are explicit. Your communication is crisp.
- Account hygiene & resilience: You maintain, harden, and evolve our Business Manager / ad account structures, keeping them resilient against platform volatility, policy changes, and the unique compliance challenges of GLP-1 advertising.
- New-channel expansion (over time): As you earn the right, you take on adjacent channels - Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate - applying the same operator discipline.
- Team building (over time): As we add junior buyers underneath you, you hire, mentor, and lead the Meta pod. You build the bench that this hire is the seed of.
Need to have:
- Proven scale on Meta (hands-on): You've personally operated Meta accounts at £1M+/month spend for DTC ecom brands, in the platform yourself every day.
- 5+ years of Meta-specific depth: You know the platform's quirks, its policy landmines, its bidding behavior, its measurement nuances.
- DTC consumer scale-up background: You've grown brands, not maintained them.
- Structured operator behaviors: Forecasting, weekly reporting cadence, explicit decision rules, written planning.
- Creative fluency: You think in concepts, hooks, formats, and angles - not just metrics.
- Multi-geo experience or the operating discipline to absorb it.
- Startup intensity: You'll work 50+ hours/week, async, in a high-ownership culture.
⚠️ Not the right fit if: you've only worked with big corporate brands, B2B, brand awareness campaigns; you've only ever stepped into already-scaled accounts as an optimizer; you operate primarily through agencies or teams without staying hands-on; or you can't point to specific examples of personally moving the needle on a £1M+/month Meta account.
Nice to have:
- Google Ads experience: Hands-on across search, performance max, demand gen, and YouTube.
- Other channel range: TikTok Ads, programmatic, affiliate, offline (CTV, podcast, OOH).
- Healthcare / regulated category experience: GLP-1s, telehealth, weight management, supplements.
- Attribution sophistication: Comfort with MMM, incrementality testing, geo holdouts, post-purchase surveys.
- Multi-market operating history: You've run Meta across multiple countries simultaneously.
- Management / mentorship experience: You've hired, developed, and led media buyers before, even informally.
- Crisp written communication: You can translate platform-level mechanics into clear narratives for non-experts.
Our cultural standards:
- Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join.
- Unwavering integrity: We must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.
- Only the paranoid survive: Bad challenges are coming. We need to execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible.
- If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, a focus on the quality of our execution.
- Commitment to candor: You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you.
- A maniacal sense of urgency: Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday.
- Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury.
- Bulldozing barriers: We truly believe the world is malleable and we shape it.
- Keep your head down: We’re boring people doing exciting work.
- The power of focus: Know your One Thing, and nail it.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $150k–$275k/yr, incl equity
- Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate)
- GLP-1s: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s.
- Vacation: PTO with a yearly minimum (≥2wks/yr + local national holidays)
- Remote: our team is fully distributed across the world and functions fully remotely
- Personal development: budget for books, courses, coaching ($1200/yr)
- Personal wellness: budget for gym, health apps ($1200/yr)
- Coaching: free biweekly health coaching
- Equipment: Macbook & work-from-home equipment provided as needed
What are we missing? We're still early so you get to shape our culture.
