AIOS is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead to run our high-velocity testing program. You will own ideation, QA, analysis, and readouts, directing Growth Engineers and a Designer.
The role is hands-on, tool-agnostic, and supports scaling across UK and EU markets with a fully remote setup across time zones. You’ll work closely with our Head of CRO to optimise landing pages, intake flow, and checkout, ensuring a prioritised roadmap and trusted readouts for the wider team.
