This is a full‑time, fully on‑site role. Report to Rich Hannibal, UK General Manager. Work with Phuong Nguyen (Superintendent Pharmacist), Mashal Mamoon (Dispensing Lead), Tanvir Ahmed (Founder’s Associate).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational plans flawlessly and take full accountability for day‑to‑day site performance.
- Be a culture vector: set standards, lead from the front, enforce high standards.
- Lead deployment of new products, technology, and automation at the site.
- Forecast, labour‑plan, manage performance and set the tone for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ≥5 years of on‑site ops leadership in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Track record of building strong, capable teams during rapid growth.
- Data‑driven mindset with proven use of metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong performance management skills, ability to retain high performers and address underperformance.
- Integrity, ownership, and a low tolerance for mediocrity.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to build simple systems to accelerate operations.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up.
- Regulated environment experience.
- Systems thinking and AI‑native tool usage.
