AIOS, builder of the world’s first full-stack AI doctor, is hiring a Head of AI Engineering.

You will lead the AIOS Agent SDK, ensure safe, scalable production agents, and guide the development of clinical decision-support tools.

You’ll own model strategy, evals, and reliability, while expanding the Applied AI team.

You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and work remotely, collaborating with product and clinical leads to drive multi‑year milestones with strong execution and integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
